The National Indian Education Association (NIEA) will host the 49th Annual Convention & Trade Show in Hartford, CT from October 10-13, 2018. The theme of the 2018 NIEA Convention,“Building Education Nations through Culture, Creativity, and Critical Thought,” brings together Native educators, students, and advocates focused on improving the academic achievement of Native students. NIEA Convention participants will have the opportunity to choose from workshops focusing on advancing educational programs for Native students, plenary sessions, and more. The 2018 NIEA Convention will offer a Trade Show, including Native art vendors from across the country, college & career opportunities, education resources, and chances to network.

The Trade Show is an integral part of our Convention. This is an excellent opportunity for colleges and universities, arts and crafts, suppliers of school equipment and services, and public and private sector employers to showcase their products, programs, services, and academic and employment opportunities to over 2,000 individuals who attend the Annual Convention. Vendors who are participating in our Trade Show are given two badges with the purchase of a booth.

As part of your booth fee, NIEA will provide one (1) 6’ Skirted Table, two (2) Plastic Contour Chairs, one (1) Wastebasket, and one (1) ID sign. All orders for supplementary booth furnishings and utilities can be placed directly through the online exhibitor kit.
